Return Period

At GREENLINES, we stand behind the quality of our curated collection. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We want you to shop with absolute confidence.

Eligibility

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Processing

Once your return is inspected at our Liverpool hub, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

The Return Process

To start a return, simply contact our support desk at support@greenlines.shop. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the specific instructions for sending your item back to our local UK facility.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a priority replacement or full refund.

Refund Timeline

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the transaction to be processed by your financial institution.
