You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  3. Shipping: All returns must be sent to our UK logistics hub: Ormskirk Rd, Liverpool L9 5AY. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return at our Liverpool facility:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.
